The hall carpet was filthy. The room was large and clean. The bathroom had a shower only no tub. They did have full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash available for your use. The girl at the counter was very sweet and helpful. The bed was hard as a rock we didn't sleep well at all. But overall not an awful place for one night stay.

The rooms were fabulous, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly. However the next morning went down for the free breakfast or that's what our reservations said. It was far from free - out card was charged $15 per person. Other than that, everything else was great.

The hotel was clean, very comfortable, and they had an excellent space in the lobby with a fireplace. While they did not have breakfast, it was stated on the website. They did have a cafÃ© in the facility.

This was a nice hotel for my family and me. The staff was nice. Plenty of parking. It has a bar and grille in it. The room was just a little dirty compared to other Hilton hotels that we have stayed in.

I stay here about twice a year. The staff is awesome. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It also has an on-site 4 the food doesn't suck.

Even though, there was a family reunion going on with kids running around, once we were in our room we couldn't hear any outside noise. Also, they have a paper by the elevator explaining tornado season. I'm from "Tornado Alley" and have stayed in plenty of hotels and motels in the area and I have never seen anything like that. I appreciated the dedication to keeping the guests safe. Wish that I had gotten a picture of the notice, at least.

Staff was friendly and helpful , rooms were tidy, and it's a reasonable distance from Winnstar. But the carpets of the fourth floor hallway are distressingly filthy!!! Pay your cleaning staff a living wage and get those fourth floor carpets REPLACED and then get those new carpets DEEP CLEANED REGULARLY
